Ingredients
3 Cloves of fresh Garlic
1 Bunch Parsley
1 Bunch Cilantro
½ Jalapeno
¼ White Onion
½ Avocado
2 Pinches Coarse Salt
1 Ounce White Vinegar
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
2 Tablespoons Water
Instructions
Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. You might need to stick a spoon in and move things around to make sure there are no lumps. You also may need to add a little bit more water.
Spoon on to Arepas, meats, chicken or any other food you can think of dipping into.
Place in a jar and store in the refrigerator for up to one week.
